POBOP Advantage Plus Fund
Distribution For The Period From 25 October 2007 to 30 2008
The Board of Directors of Pak Oman Asset Management Company Limited has declared the dividend of 'POBOP Advantage Plus Fund' an open end fixed income scheme, in their meeting held on July 07, 2008. The Board has approved a Bonus of Rs. 3.0957 per unit for the Type of 'Growth unit holders'. An investor holding 100 units as of 30 June 2008 will get 6.1530 units on the ex-bonus price of Rs.50.3123, the proportionate shall apply to actual holdings.

POAMCL:The Unit Holders of POBOP Advantage Plus fund (the Fund) are informed that the register of Unit holders of the fund will remain closed from Tuesday, 01 July 2008 to Monday, 07 July 2008 (both days inclusive) for determining the entitlement of distribution, if any, that may be declared by the Board of Directors of POAMCL (the Management Company) for the period ending 30 June 2008.
During the period of register of the Unit holders is closed, there will be no transaction on the units of the Fund. The transaction in the units will re-commence from Tuesday, 08 July 2008.
